What is certain is that unprocessed, fresh or frozen, natural or organic products, whether complete or semi-complete, are aimed at. All fruits and vegetables have the green light (or almost). Instead of using processed oils, the first cold pressed olive oil is used, but also avocado or almonds. Aromates and natural condiments, such as tamaris, turmeric, onion, garlic or lemon juice, will replace the flavor enhancers, additives and salt in foods processed. Since dairy products are acidifying, they are replaced by vegetable milks such as soya, almond or oat milk. On the cereals side, all forms of wheat are forgotten and barley, quinoa or buckwheat are picked.
